Tout ce dont nos journ\u00e9es sont compos\u00e9es a \u00e9t\u00e9 contr\u00f4l\u00e9 et r\u00e9gul\u00e9 par ce dernier. De nos mouvements \u00e0 la parole, passant par la r\u00e9solution de probl\u00e8me, sans oublier le fait de RESPIRER! <\/strong><\/p>\n

C\u2019est aussi lui qui re\u00e7oit, traite et interpr\u00e8te tous les stimuli re\u00e7us par les diff\u00e9rents sens. Il est donc un acteur cl\u00e9 dans nos \u00e9motions, nos r\u00e9actions et nos choix comportementaux.<\/p>\n

Finalement, plus votre cerveau est mis \u00e0 l\u2019effort, plus il y a de connexions neuronales qui se cr\u00e9ent (synapses) et d\u2019activit\u00e9 c\u00e9r\u00e9brale qui nous gardent hors du d\u00e9clin. C\u2019est ce qu\u2019on appelle la plasticit\u00e9 du cerveau.<\/p>\n

Ceci \u00e9tant dit, il est possible de l\u2019entra\u00eener pour plusieurs choses comme par exemple, am\u00e9liorer notre m\u00e9moire ou bien pour l\u2019aider \u00e0 rester plus alerte. Dans les faits, nous pouvons aussi nous exercer \u00e0 voir le positif dans les situations plus difficiles ou stressantes et cela a pour effet d\u2019augmenter notre sentiment de bien-\u00eatre et de diminuer notre sentiment d\u2019impuissance.<\/p>\n

\"CerveauAlors, comment faire pour \u00eatre en mesure de voir le positif dans les situations o\u00f9 il ne semble pas y avoir d\u2019issues?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Tout d\u2019abord, il est important de savoir que pour \u2018\u2019reprogrammer\u2019\u2019 notre cerveau, il faut que le m\u00eame geste ou les m\u00eames efforts soient mis en place pour un minimum de 21 jours. \u00c0 la suite de cela, le cerveau est en mesure d\u2019assimiler la nouvelle information et l\u2019appliquer au quotidien. Il faut donc de la constance et des efforts, mais c\u2019est payant!<\/p>\n

Alors, la premi\u00e8re chose \u00e0 faire est de vous trouver un temps dans la journ\u00e9e. Cela peut \u00eatre au lever, avant le coucher ou pendant la sieste des enfants pour vous permettre de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir et noter des \u00e9l\u00e9ments pour lesquels vous avez de la gratitude. Plus vous vous exercez \u00e0 le faire, plus les id\u00e9es vont venir facilement et cela vous permettra de voir ces petites victoires au quotidien. Si ce type d\u2019exercice vous joint un peu moins, il est toujours possible de trouver un autre petit rituel qui vous fait du bien, mais que vous avez le temps de faire chaque jour. Tous les moyens sont bons, l\u2019important c\u2019est qu\u2019ils refl\u00e8tent le positif v\u00e9cu dans la journ\u00e9e.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Ensuite, le fait de prendre conscience des pens\u00e9es n\u00e9gatives ou invalidantes que nous pouvons avoir est d\u00e9j\u00e0 un excellent d\u00e9but! Lorsque vous \u00eates en mesure de les identifier, il faut maintenant se mettre au travail pour les transformer. Les pens\u00e9es n\u00e9gatives arrivent trop souvent en premier dans notre t\u00eate, car c\u2019est beaucoup plus exigeant pour le cerveau de voir le positif d\u2019une situation.<\/p>\n

Prenons en exemple cette situation : <\/strong>aujourd\u2019hui, j\u2019ai perdu patience avec les enfants, je ne suis vraiment pas un bon exemple pour eux! Dans les faits, il peut y avoir des dizaines de raisons sur le pourquoi vous avez perdu patience.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

On peut donc remplacer cette pens\u00e9e par celle-ci :<\/strong> j\u2019ai besoin de me reposer et de prendre soin de moi pour passer du temps de qualit\u00e9 avec les enfants. <\/span><\/i>C\u2019est en modifiant nos messages internes que nous avons un impact sur notre attitude, nos comportements et nos \u00e9motions.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

\"\"Finalement, il ne faut pas n\u00e9gliger l\u2019importance de l\u2019exercice physique et une alimentation saine. H\u00e9 oui, le fait de bouger permet \u00e0 notre cerveau de s\u00e9cr\u00e9ter des hormones comme la s\u00e9rotonine, l\u2019endorphine et la dopamine qui ont un impact majeur sur le bonheur que nous pouvons ressentir!<\/p>\n
